Is there a program that I can use to increase or decrease log, silhouetts & fags to fit onto airnav

There are dozens of  Windows/Apple programs for doing that - a good free one for Windows is Irfanview.

Remember that increasing image sizes leads to lower quality results.

Easiest way to get the logos etc you want is from Rods radarbox page http://www.rodbearden.com/RadarBox/Downloads.htm
