Title: syslog on RPi

Hi,
I installed some days ago rbfeeder on my RPi.
I noticed that every 30 sec information by rbfeeder is written in the syslog.
Is there away to diminish this eg every 5 min? Or suppress and only write "important" messages write in the syslog ?
