I installed the flightstick drivers, plugged in the stick, fired up my Radarbox V 6.02.003 app but the it does not detect the hardware. I rebooted and did the process again but no hardware detected. I DO have the older Radarbox, black box, and it works fine, Can anyone help!
Thanks

Try installing the Zadig drivers https://zadig.akeo.ie/

Thanks - tried loading drivers but no-go. RB 6 did not detect any hardware. HOPEFULLY AIRNAV SUPPORT CAN JUMP IN.
-
Did you see the stick on Zadig.
Do you see the stick in Windows Control Panel/Devices and Printers/Unspecified as RTL2838UHIDIR
Only other thing I can suggest is to try running as Administrator
Support will not see the thread, email them

(1) Which version of Windows are you using, 7 or 8 or 10?
(2) Please see this thread which describes step by step method to properly install driver Zadig.

I am using Windows 10-Pro. Will try your steps - thanks!

I tried the Zadig driver process but that still did not work. Thanks for the help but will probably have to return the flightstick for a refund since Airnav Support has not gotten back with me on my latest email requests to them!

Give me the ticket ID of the automatic responses and I will get them to contact you, also please pass me your email address to allow them to reply to you

Thanks but decided to return to amazon for a full refund - will post a comment for users NOT to buy flightstick since Airnav does not have quality software that works.
Thanks

Deleted your last meassage on a new thread, dont start a new thread every time use exiasting threads

You can use it with different software.
Quite a few possibilities.
-
Mine didn't work either the first time using it, and couldn't figure out what the problem was. What I did was de-install the flightstick, and re-install it again. Don't know what, but apparently something went wrong when installing the stick the first time.

Support advise they have not received any emails from you as indicated by you not being able to produce ticket ID's
If you could provide your email they can contact you

I replied using my new email address. Support did reply to new email once but after I asked them multiple questions, I have not receive any replies from them. I am sorry but I should not have to work so hard to get a product to work! Airnav should have an out-of-the-box solution without all these hoops and others trying to help.
-
It does work out of the box for the vast majority of users without any issues. Give me your ticket ID and I will have them contact you. I would suggest that they have not received your follow up email.

As Alan says the vast amount of users have no issues.
Please PM us the ticket id as we wouldn't ignore any emails on purpose, There are many customers on here who will share stories of us getting back to them within an hour.

The problem is NOT the FlightStick. It works perfectly well on Win 7 and Win 8 using driver Zadig. It is Windows 10 which is the source of problem. Not only FlightStick, but all types of RTL bsed dongles (generic DVB-T, Flightaware's ProStick etc) fail on Win 10.
