Hi i am new in this forum would like to know if there are any instructions how to get the flightstick working thanks..
Regards Lino...

With which Computer you want to use it?
(Windows/Mac/Linux Laptop/Desktop, Raspberry Pi etc etc).

Hi Lino
There are other ways to get it to work but as you gave limited info I am presuming you are using Windows
Have you downloaded its drivers http://www.airnavsystems.com/Download/ANRB/Drivers/microRadarbox-Drivers-20150411.exe
You will also need the software for it http://www.airnavsystems.com/download/ANRB/ANRB60002Setup.exe
Anything else needed come back and ask

I don't get this Flightstick working either. I'm running RB version 6.01.001 on W10. I've downloaded the drivers and installed them. However, when I install these drivers a popup flashes on screen, but too fast to see and read it, and immediatley a command prompt appears mentioning extracting and installing drivers. Not mentioning if all is ok or not. When I start Radarbox no hardware is detected.

Michel, in AirnavSystems/AirnavRadarbox/Drivers you should have a folder ANRB-Drivers-20161222, can you check
Try unplugging the stick, plug it back in and then try again starting up the V6 software

Alan,
I've searched for it and found it in a .zip which apparently I've downloaded earlier. This zip is extracted and now placed in my Airnav/Radarbox/Drivers folder. But still RB doesn't see my stick.
But what do I need? Do I need the .zip or do I need this .exe file http://www.airnavsystems.com/Download/ANRB/Drivers/microRadarbox-Drivers-20150411.exe ?

I would suggest that you go into Control Panel/Hardware and Sound/Devices and Printers and find the stick under Unspecified, it should show as RTL2838UHIDR Hardware/Properties/Driver and direct it to the drivers you installed

Really don't know what I'm doing wrong here. It doesn't matter if I direct the stick to where the .exe file extracts (.../appdata/local/temp/microradarbox_driver), or if I direct it to the Airnav Radarbox/Driver/ANRB-Drivers-20161222 folder. RB doesn't see my stick when I start the programm.

I believe that I gave you the wrong information as I think I directed you to the box drivers and not the ones for the stick.
I downloaded http://www.airnavsystems.com/Download/ANRB/Drivers/microRadarbox-Drivers-20150411.exe from the forum support page onto this computer and ran it. A dialogue window opened asking if I wanted to allow the download to make changes to the computer. Clicked yes and a CMD window opened running the installer and after 20/30 seconds it was done and disappeared.
I plugged in the Flightstick, started the software and away it went with no other intervention
Apologies for my earlier error

Alan,
Thanks for your help, but no luck...
I've dowloaded the drivers, installed them, but this went so fast I couldn't even select anything. A popup flashes on my screen so fast, I'm unable to even read what it said. After that a prompt starts mentioning extracting and installing the drivers and within 3 seconds it dissapears again. Starting the software but no hardware detected. Don't know why it doesn't work, but I'm done with it and won't use it.

I have no idea why you are having issue. All I required to do was download and install the drivers start up the software and away it went
Why don't you contact support for advice
Alan
-
Haven't thought of that indeed. I'll give it a try, thanks.
-
Alan,
Just to let you know, all is working now. I've installed it on my older laptop and compared both installations. Looks like something went wrong on my new laptop, so reinstalled it.
Apologies if I may have sound impatient or disappointed.
Michel.
