Hi,
I have clicked on the the link that says "click here to receive your password by email immediately" and am taken to the Airnav product purchase page, but can't find out what to do next.
Help most appreciated!

Hi Allocator,
OK, I have entered in the username and password, but when I click on account I get the message "Pre-created account not yet activated."
How do I activate it?
When I click on the button "click here to receive your password by email immediately" I get taken to the Airnav screen to purchase the product, which I already have!

It's OK, I've sorted it.
My God that make a difference to what I can see on the screen!

This is what the "other" Mode S receiver promised but failed to deliver - almost 2 years on!
The RadarBox Network really makes the difference for me. It's not that I always want to see what is going on all over the world - although at times this is fun to do - I just want to see a little bit further than my antenna can detect here in the UK.

How did you solve this problem ? I too get the message "Pre-created account not yet activated."

Contact [email protected] and they will help you get started.

Send us (support) a email with your RadarBox serial number which can be found at the back and we will rectify it.
