It has been a long time. We pay good money for the network. Where I live the ANRB is really useless without the network.

We are bringing services online slowly, please accept our deepest apologies. We have been working towards getting the service back up and runing for Xmas period. We will provide full detail of what happened but our priority is just to get the services up now and stable.

Allthough I can get on this forum I still cannot run ShipTrax, this is now the third full day that I have not been able to use the software

We are still workign hard to bring all server services online. We will send a detailed message to the forum later on explaining all this situation. You can also find updates at our facebook page, http://www.facebook.com/radarbox24
Again tks for all your understanding. We are doing our best to recover from all this ASAP.

Well done Dev for the hard work, not just now, but over the whole year.
Best wishes for the New Year and good luck with the things in the pipe line.

I just hope that whoever is beavering away trying to put the crashed server back together again had all there Christmas shopping done and wasnt leaving things to the last minute.
I am sure you had many important personal things to do and this wasnt the way you intended for the run up to the festive season.
Hopefully things will be back up and running soon and you get time to enjoy the holiday with your families.
Many thanks for your efforts.

Even when I am extremely disappointed with this situation (mostly from its impact on RadarBox system's reputation) and consider it totally unacceptable in the future, I agree with Alan.
No rush please. I think the main goal here must be making the new system more outage-proof.
Take a rest and enjoy the Christmas season.
At least one positive moment from this story definitely exists for many of us as well. We have a chance now to spend more time in the evening with our families, but not with PC screens. Catch this moment, colleagues, this is a unique chance :)
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to AirNav staff and all AirNav family members!

We are working hard to deply the new servers. Work is progressing quite well today and we should have good news later today. We will keep you updated and as usually tsk a lot for all your understanding.
-
Surely the network should have a higher priority than radarbx24. After all we pay for the former.
-
The RadarBox network server is working perfectly at this time.
There is only one problem with some windows client software and the way it gets data from the server. We are still working on the server side to correct this and will post when we have better news.
-
All should be working now. Pls confirm.
