Hi All
Just bought a second hand Radarbox 3D, was supplied with the registration codes to run the software. Eventually got software running on Vista (once I tried running it as admin, not mentioned in manual) Anyway, to say I'm impressed an undestatement ! Used SBS for years, no contest.
I was wondering if anything needs to be done to transfer the registration details over to me for when I renew for network access etc. Made an enquiry using the support form the other day but no reply as yet.

Do you have a ticket id number from the support address so we can check. We usually reply within 12 hours so sounds like we don't have the ticket.
You don't need to do anything to move the registration over.
