Have found following issue:

As you can see flight number JL411 was received from 16:01 till 16:23, I guess
in that time I've lost contact with the signal a few times ( 4 ?) but why are there
4 entries for 1 flight ?
If logging is done this way, the number of flights for one particular aircraft will rise
to huge numbers and lots of unnecessary data.....

Logging is done in sessions such as it has a tolerance if the aircraft goes out of range temporiarly. However we may need to increase the time.
There are few gaps of almost 5 minutes when it left your coverage. That's a quite a long time considering in came into your range and out. Can you confirm this was the case or whether the tracking never timed out?

Well, I'm not 100% sure, but I think tracking never timed out that long,
also have a look at the number of messages in the screenshot I've included
I think it's impossible to receive 941 messages from 16:17:06 till 16:17:06
( just 1 second )
I've also noted that corrupt messages containing garbled flightnumbers leads
to huge numbers of flights for particular aircrafts....
I'm sure this feature will improve in the near future.....

We had occurences of this during beta testing, and thought it might be caused by aircraft that change their callsign frequently over a short space of time during a flight - a known problem (http://www.kinetic-avionics.co.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?t=4242) on some Boeing aircraft, probably caused by the ADS-B equipment on the aircraft itself. Here's an example from beta testing:

See if you notice these aircraft changing their callsign (Flight ID) frequently during a flight.

Exactly as Tarbat says there some aircraft espically the 747s which do this. Its hard to create a work around which is works in all cases and does not get rid of any correct flight id changes.

The worst offender for this particular feature is Virgin Atlantic on B747-400. I have hundreds fo entries after 2 days operation on V1.4 There is no issue with their Airbus aircraft.

I can see that it would be hard to work around this problem, it sure would be nice to be able to delete some entries yourself, so if you could add a delete
this records button in the flight list field, that sure would be nice to have....
