Bought new laptop w7 64 bit. downloaded both 3.13 and 4.03 plus from original disc, all attemps result in same thing----no hardware or network connection. Have downloaded drivers and they are showing downloaded and up todate. No firewall or security system in operation, also fitted a new usb cable, only lights lit on RB is the power light. The RB works on my other laptop (xp) other than no network which support cant work out the problem, thats the reason for the new laptop. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi John, with RB connected, go to Device Manager, does it show RB in yellow, if so, click on it - update driver and point the RB to the Driver file in the RB program. The blue light should be on and flashing once per second if no messages being received and passed to pc.

Airnav marked yellow, clicked on update driver,>search auto, comes up updated, click on browse , comes up already installed.Gone into general properties message Windows cannot verify the digital signature for the drivers reqd.

Download http://www.airnavsystems.com/download/ANRB/drivers/ANRB64bitDrivers.zip (http://www.airnavsystems.com/download/ANRB/drivers/ANRB64bitDrivers.zip) and update the windows driver for the ANRB usb device...

Hi John, don't worry about the signature blurb, you can trust it and install quite safely - last re-install I did, I had exactly the same - Win 7 64-bit. Sorry John, just re-read your post, I thought the 64-bit drivers were already in 3.13 and later, but if not, do as Bryan suggests, then go to Device Manager, and try to go to Driver Update and force the Driver to load.

Hi jon , Have tried what Bryan said but still same message. How do i force the driver to load? Im flying blind here as i'm not pc lit. just an old git with a laptop.

1.) Unzip the drivers to a folder...
2.) Right Click on 'Computer' in the Start Menu
3.) Select 'Device Manager'.
4.) go to ANRB and right click on it, select 'Properties'
5.) select Driver tab
6.) select Update Driver details
7.) select 'Browse my computer...'
8.) Navigate to the folder where you unzipped those drivers you downloaded...
Hope that helps...

Cheers will have a go at that.

Hi John, yes, Bryan's instructions much better than my effort!
