Is the network down?
Not been able to connect to network since last night.
-
Hi DaveG,
Seems to be a serious issue affecting all of our products at the moment which use our servers. We are/have been investigating.
Please bear with us, we should have it rectified asp.
-
no problem, thanks
-
Network seems to be back now, can anyone confirm? Looks like Dubai is also online as well :)
-
Hi,
I can see my program trying to connect every few seconds but there's still no traffic in the network view.
best regards
Chris

Intresting, the network map view is showing data and who is connected and the amount of flights. It could be a network connection problems, bear with us.
-
All back to normal now. We have had a serious issue with our main database but all seems to be Ok now.
-
Just got home, but no network data I'm afraid.
-
Also the same here unfortunately, still no network flights.
-
Glad it's not just me. Just got my box this week and had a couple of network problems yesterday and today.
-
An update we are still working on it at the moment. Looks like our main Database tables have been corrupted and our backup systems could not take the load so we are rebuilding them.
Please bear with us, we thank you for your patience.

Picking up network flights again here: 60+ as I type this. Looking good :)

The network is stil a bit flaky at the moment. It maybe up for a while and then go offline. We are nearly there, thanks again for your patience.
-
Working fine here right now.

Support,
I'm getting Network data now, but some of it is corrupt. The Flight ID is appearing in the ModeS column and the Altitude is in the Flight ID column.
I've submitted this as a fault to the Support email address.

I am getting similar to Allocator plus filters all seem screwed
Regards
-
The filters won't work if the data is incorrect. The garbled data seems to be coming from one source only and its not affecting all the network flights. Hopefully we will get the rectified asp.

It looks like the network data is correct now.
Thanks
