Believed to be 12(B) Squadron (with some of 617 and 14 Squadron) returning from their stint in Afghanistan.  Welcome home safe.

With thanks to scotavnet for the info.

We used to weather divert and get more gas there when chasing the Ruskies around Iceland.  The rock would never let us off-duty though, so we only got to drink coffee in their ready room, until they launched us again.  Whenever the Shack would land at Iceland, I'd drive a couple guys to the commissary and they'd always fill up the plane with disposable diapers for mama back home :-)
