If, for example there's a Thomson flight on the screen showing the supposed flight number but no originating/destination airport, when putting the flight number into flight tracker or google the flight number is not recognised. It seems the flight number on screen is not the real flight number and cannot be recognised. This applies to a number of other airlines. Anyone else noticed this and is there a way to determin the rest of the flight details from the flight number shown on screen.

This is a fact of life that we will all have to get used to.
