Greetings to all, I currently have the AirNav RadarBox 3D I was recently able to put to work on my new PC with Windows 10, thanks to an update that I downloaded, now I want to ask a question, it is worth it and the money to buy the 1090 MHz / ADS- B Filter and Preamplifier (https://www.radarbox24.com/store) will be compatible with my black box? Thank you.
Jose.

Are you located in an urban area with RF sources such as phone masts in the near vicinity.
Alan

I'm in the city of Caracas, but separated from the mast of telephones and certain sources.

Probably wont be much use for you Jose

Thanks Alan, another question I have, if I buy the AIRNAV RADARBOX COMSTATION - ADS-B RECEIVER, can I use it only for me to see the traffic near home, without the need of the Internet connection ?
Jose

It requires to be attached to the internet as its output is seen on Radarbox24 and it doesn't connect directly to a computer like the radarbox does

So then the only system I can use to see the traffic near my house without Internet is the one I currently have (Airnav Radarbox 24 3D)

You could also use a USB stick such as http://www.nooelec.com/store/sdr/sdr-receivers/nesdr-mini-2-plus.html these can be bought very cheaply and when used with the correct Zadig drivers allow their output to be viewed on your Radarbox software.

Hello Jose,
if you decide to purchase a dongle mentioned by Alan, you may consider to proceed as stated in the following thread (http://www.airnavsystems.com/forum/index.php?topic=10691.0) to see if you may have any benefit if you purchase a filter/amplifier you originally asked for.

I have purchased these two models which have nearly same price as nooelec one, but have a built-in Preamplifier
(1) ProStick
https://www.ebay.com/itm/141939914825
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01D1ZAP3C
(2) ProStick Plus
Same as Pro Stick, but also has a built-in 1090 MHz SAW filter.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01M7REJJW
Note:
For both of above models, an additional external filter may be required in locations which have strong cell phone signals.

Thanks for your recommendation, I tell you that I have the ProStick Plus, I bought it from Amazon, the only thing is that I do not know how to make it work with the Airnav RadarBox, you can help me make the USB compatible with the Airnav RadarBox Software, I thank you friend.
Thank you.

For a new user, the instructions for installing zadig on zadig download page may not be very clear. Here are step by step details with screenshots:
(1) Download Zadig 2.3.exe from http://zadig.akeo.ie/
(2) Plug the DVB-T or ProStick in your Windows Computer.
(3) Follow the steps below:
STEP-1
Double click Zadig 2.3.exe to run it.
The window below will open.

.
STEP-2
On main menu, click "Options".
On the drop-down, place a check mark beside "List All Devices".

.
STEP-3
From list of devices, select "RTL2838" which is actually DVB-T/ProStick.
Now click button which will either say "Install Driver" or "Reinstall Driver"
