Title: RadarBox Xrange 2 not getting IP

Helto to all,

We purchased a brand new xrange 2 device. We try to connect it via utp connection to our system but the xrange not getting ip address.
System setup
Windows 11 64 bit, Starlink internet connection brand new xrange  SN anrb501291

I am not sure how you are trying to connect but the xrange doesnt usually connect to a computer.  Connect the antenna, internet and power to the receiver and it sends its output direct to the server for viewing on RB on your computer either on the general screen or your own station screen at https://www.radarbox.com/stations/PGANRB501291  I note that you were connected for a few hours this morning
