Hi,
New computer new install of 6.01.001 on Windows 10 PC. All working fine, however photos refuse to download. When right-clicking subject aircraft and selecting Locate Mode-S Code in Database Explorer... I can see the entry for aircraft and the associated data, including entries in fields CH, PTTN and PTTN2. Field AUTOUPDATE=Y. Field CH has a date/time entry indicating all data has recently been updated. Fields PTTN and PTTN2 have data as well eg G-JMCL-1585413206-1, yet no photo appears in the Photo folder.
So it appears all is okay, except no photo is being downloaded. Preferences are set to Auto-Populate Aircraft Data, Download Aircraft Photo, Download 2 Photos for each Aircraft, also Share Flight Data is checked on.
I would appreciate any help with this or is it an issue with the AirNav server. My ISP is TalkTalk.
Regards,
Les

Hello evryone !
Is there a new verson of software 6.01.001 ????
From where i can download it ???
Thank you

Hi Dana
Unless you have an x-range receiver I would stick with 6.01.001. V6.00.63 was adapted to allow the x-range connect easier but in doing so it introduced a few more bugs

Hello! I have had this issue for years. Running 6.002.03. Runways reply about the fix...….is it fixed in the client app or where is it fixed? I cannot view aircraft photos unless my Internet connection is going. Without the Internet, the app does not show any aircraft. Please note that all my setup selections are correct. Since RB is self contained ( black box, app, and antenna), it would be nice that the app shows aircraft from its database on my computer without using the Internet to populate the pictures.
Thanks!

It is fixed at the server end
You require to be sharing data to download photos. If they are already in your photo folder I believe they will show
When you click on an aircraft the software looks to your photo folder, If it is there is displays it, if its not it goes to the server and if there is one there it downloads in to your photo folder and displays it.
If you don't have the photo in your folder and are are not sharing data the photo will not download
Tried it just to check, unticked sharing and still had photos showing
