Unique ID Exceed - 3D Disabled

I have just installed RB3D on my new laptop but 3D is disabled with the following message at the bottom of the login screen:

Unique ID Exceed - 3D Disabled

How can I get 3D working on the laptop?

You will be able to use the application on 2 different computers. Pls contact our support.
