A heavy Thunderstorm over north-west Germany forces air-traffic to evasive action and cleans the Airspace in the affected Area:

Meanwhile the MyFlights List was quite full (up to 150). Not such a big surprise considering that a huge amount of the east-west & west-east traffic went trough the "alley" between the two Storm-Cells.

Could do with that over here in SE Spain. It hasn't rained for over 3 months. The water bombers are up every few days.

Are you saying you miss northern europe weather, where there has only been one day this August when i haven't worn my fleece or got thoroughly soaked to the bone on a bank holiday weekend. Let me know when i can swap location with you. In my book there is not such a thing as too hot.

It will be different in the middle of next month when I go to Alicante, you can bet your network subs on it!

Guys,
Give me a PM when your here and we can maybe sort something out regarding going to the spotting areas for Alicante, San Javier and Alcantarilla (military). Wives and/or girlfriends permitting of course.
Remember to bring raincoats and wellies for that time of year.
