Hi all.
This is aimed at AirNav Developement team.
Just thought of a great idea for the RB2008. Is it possible now or would it be possible to make the RB2008 wifi?
Antenna can then be left wherever you wish and those with laptops can dissapear into another room, not having to carry cables all over the place.
I am sure there are many of us who would be extremely grateful for a wifi addition?
What do you think AirNav Developement Team? Is this viable?
Thanks
Tony

Hi Tony
I use this one
http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatProductPage.process?Product_Id=377793
I got it from an American Dealer when they first came out but it should be available over here now!
I have used it with SBS Radar Box PCR-1500 and a USB sound stick to bring the audio back from the PCR1500 and all worked fine.
Range is about 300 feet from my PC down stairs
Happy Holidays

The link does work. We have taken many ideas recently regarding features such as these are taking them seriously and conducting our own research to whether they are suitable.

Hi
You may need to look into your MTU
See this link for info http://www.dslreports.com/faq/6266
Download Dr TCP and have it check your MTU speed and adjust accordingly.

I'd like to get hold of one of those Belkin jobbies, too. Everyone seems to be out of stock, including suppliers in the States. Is it new, or being phased out, does anyone know?

They have only just come out and demand is very high
-
As it says on the play.com website they are still on pre-order.
Can't wait to try one though

Or the problem will be resolved when the supply and demand curves intersect !!!
