Buzzing Texas today:

A0C0AB  N148CS  US Customs & Border Patrol P-3B AEW

Our sad, militarized border... but interesting plane.

Hmmm.

Comes up on both GAS and airframes.org as a Lockheed P-38 which, if my memory serves me correctly, is a World War Two fighter (Lightning) - I'd like to see an AEW radome on one of those !

Listed as Partenavia P-68B Victor, owned by Ravenair, Liverpool.

AS8153 N454DR EMB-505 (Phenom 300)

With ADS-B, sending N-number as flight ID.

Press release says this is the fifth EMB-505 produced, and the first delivered. (Late December to a Fort Worth oil company.)

Let's hope it's a new incentive from Embraer and not just test flights or specific customer installed kit?

Good find anyhow!
