Title: How to change the time at the bottom 'Live Data at 14.18.07'

At the moment it is a hour late, How can I change this please?
I tried Prefrences, and then changed it there, but it is still a hour behind?

mine is 2 hrs late. always been like that. must be utc?

It is UTC time.
