AIRNAV PURCHASE ,NO JOY

hello,

ordered airnav radar box nearly 3 weeks ago and sent money by bank transfer which cleared my account over two weeks ago but no joy, still waiting.

airnav have said it usually takes 5 days but it's over two weeks now , fair enough if its a problem with the bank at their end but at least they could let me know.

Did you order direct from AirNav, or from a local supplier?

You should contact AirNav direct rather than asking on the forum.

Direct from airnav website and i have contacted airnav directly which takes an age to get an answer.

I don't mean to harp on about this but it shouldn't take this long for the money to transfer.

I'm really looking forward to getting my airnav radar box ,i just hope my payment hasn't gone astray.

Delivery from AirNav, or exchange of a faulty unit, is exceptionally quick - I think that you need to discuss this with them further as I don't think you will achieve anything by discussing this on the forum.

There is obviously a problem, but I wouldn't want to guess what it is.

Our support is well known on this market for an average response time of 7 hours and great efficiency. Please send me a private message so we can check what happening with your order. We process dozens of orders daily and there is no reason for such a delay.

Just to clarify we did email you back and did mention to you that bank transfer itself takes a 5-10 working days. Also with the Easter bank holiday that would have delayed things further.

Anyhow we are chasing up acounting to see whats going on.
