Radio Frequencies
« on: January 31, 2009, 04:08:43 PM »
Hi, slightly off topic, but related with RB use.

I live near LHR and I get to see lots of overflights DIK/STU - CPT - BIG/LAM on UL9 and the high-flying North-South traffic but my Scanner has been gathering dust - now I'd like to use it with the RB but can anyone advise me the VHF frequencies to dial into.  I remember 127.42 from BIG/LAM - CPT then changing over to 133.6 but these might be out of date.

Can anyone provide a good list of useful freq's and the sectors/airways they apply to?

Thanks
Located 2 miles South of LHR.

This is what you need:

http://www.nats-uk.ead-it.com/public/index.php.html

Specifically, the Heathrow entry here:

http://www.nats-uk.ead-it.com/public/index.php%3Foption=com_content&task=blogcategory&id=94&Itemid=143.html

Loom at each of the charts and the frequencies are listed.
