I thought that would be the case. You have more than one instance of RB on your computer and the database download it going to the wrong one
You can have a look in your computer and move the Navdata.db file to the correct instance of the software replacing the one already there
Alteratively I would suggest that you delete all instances of the software including looking at Windows for all Airnav folders left behind and manually deleting them. Once done reinstall the software making sure you install to somewhere like c:\Airnav making sure you dont install within program files
