As well as new satellite images and right-clicks on the grid, did anyone know about Tools...Show Flight History? I love it!
EDIT: Like the new right-click options, shame it doesn't work for network flights! And how about making it vertically resizable, AirNav? Pretty please :-))

Yep, that one was turned ON by default for me.
By default it appears BELOW the photos. However, if you turn it OFF and then turn it back ON again, it appears ABOVE the photos :(
-
Nope - I can't make it appear BELOW the pictures!

Tell a lie - with the right combination of turning on and off the pictures and history, it has now gone below the pictures.
Wonder if I'll ever get it back above again ;-)
I still want to resize it though.

Another new feature. Network updates every 15 seconds. That's really going to kill my bandwidth limit :(
-
Thanks to the new Window commands, the map can now be resized, moved, etc - is this what twin-monitor users wanted? I don't know - like Gary, I'm a 22-inch man!

While RB's porcessing network flights, MyFlights freeze up for a few seconds - As Tarbat says, this is now hapenning every 15 seconds - it's a bit disconcerting. I wonder if AirNav could:
1 - Allow users to choose their own network refresh setting
2 - Put a Close button on the Aircraft History title bar.

1 - Allow users to choose their own network refresh setting
Excellent idea, with a minimum value of 15secs, and a maximum value of, say, 600secs.

Already a few suggestions here. Pls keep posting them.

Squawkcode lookup ;)

The network updating the maps every 15 seconds is hanging the menus again for me :-(
-
It is nice to see that window resize is now remembered :-)
-
The 15 second Network update is very nice, with no menu hanging problems here on the laptop.

I think my issue may have been related to displaying the fix positions. Once on I could not get the menu to appear to turn them off again.
I restarted the program disabled the fix positions and although there is some menu hesitation when the map updates it is not major.
-
The right click menu options are a nice addition.
-
The history panel appearing above or below the photo panel problem is now corrected (always below). The network refresh rate of 15 secs was an error: returned to default 30 seconds.
Regarding fix positions we will be sending a new exe and new fix data file for you to update. Stby 2 to 3 hours.
-
We all seem to think that a user choice of network refresh rates would be good, Dev - any chance?

For now and unfortunately that is not possible. For the next version maybe.
-
It's a shame that the 15 second network update won't survive to the public release. It gives a much better history trail for the network tracks.

Agreed, for some. For those of us with restricted bandwidth limits, 15 seconds was too frequent.
Now, a feature that joined up the dots of network trails would be really good.
-
Good point tarbat, I hadn't thought about that.
I did think about suggesting a 'join the dots' option, and I really do think that this would make a big difference when viewing Network traffic. Not quite sure how difficult this would be to program though?
A challenge for the development team :-)
