Deletions - two more operators have ceased operations:

BBD - Blubird Nordic (Iceland)
BNZ - Bonza (Australia)

And here's a new one:

KKA - Aerovila Transportes Aereos ( Venezuela)

Two replacements:

ANX - SEMAR (Mexico) - updated
INR - Babcock Mission Critical Services Spain have rebranded to Avincis Aviation Critical Services Spain. Same ICAO.

A deletion:
AVN - Air Vanuatu - ceased operations

a rebrand:
GCA - GECA is now Sunrise Airways Dominicana

and two new ones:
COS - Air7 (USA)
HFA - Air Haifa (Israel) a temporary creation while we await the real logo.
