Title: Advice for a loft antenna

I'm looking for a antenna to put in my loft.  I can't have a external antenna, I live in a terraced house and have no chimney.

I've narrowed it down to two possibilities: SSE-1090SJ mk 2 or Radar-rama external antenna.  I'll be connecting it straight down from the antenna to the box with 10m of westflex 103.

which one will give me good reception.  At the moment I'm still using the antenna supplied with the Radarbox.  I've attached a polar diagram that shows the reception im getting with the the supplied antenna sitting on my window sill. 
But i get allot of break in the signal to the north, even though the polar diagram shows i have good reception.
