Title: Auto Populate not working
Post by: phil zech on October 02, 2010, 07:17:24 AM
Have access to  Real-Time network, new aircraft always populate with a/c details and most of time photos. However this morning nothing is populating , have checked GAS with a few Mode S codes and they are there, I have had a new easyjet , aerologic, ryanair.

Any issues your end Air Nav?

Regards

Phil

There must be some sort of a problem as I cannot get on the updater either and as has been stated, the auto-populater is not working because of this.

We will restart the system in a few minutes, we should see the network go offline for a few minutes.

Network is up fine and there some repairing going on to some of the aircraft main tables. This should be complete soon and all the lookups should start going through.

Still nothing coming through... 18.25,  no populate function all day today, typical when I can have ANRB network on all day !!! It has however given me more time to watch the Ryder Cup,     oh well tomorrow is another day.

Still nothing coming through here. Any idea of the time scale when repairs to the aircraft main tables will be complete.
