Guys,
I am new round here and asking a question on behalf of my father.
We upgraded to 3D recently and then noticed network feeds were not coming in. I can see an active subscription to June 2011 but cannot see any settings to check whether network data is enabled.
Could anyone help where to find network settings or whether anyone else has experience this loss of network information.
Cheers

Have you ticked the get network flights tick box?
Click on the network box next MyFlights, then you should see on the far left have bottom corner.

Thanks for the very quick reply.
I do not know the software and cannot find the 'my flights' as suggeste. One noteworthy point, from the upper toolbar 'tools' there is no response from 'My Flights' and 'Network' F9 and F10.
Is there an issue with the software following a lengthy upgrade?

Near the top of the screen left hand side you should have Myflights and next to it Network.
Go onto Network flights and in the bottom left hand corner there should be a box to be ticked Get Flights From Radarbox Network. For my flight again you have a box to be ticked on the bottom left hand side.

Sorry about this.....
Its difficult as I do not live with my father and need to visit to try things!
Attached is a screen grab of the software GUI, there is no 'My Flights' or 'Network' icons or toolbar. However there is 'My Flights' and 'Network' from the 'Tools' menu on the toolbar. These menus have short cuts keys F9 and F10 respectfully. When selecting these menus NOTHING happens! This is the same for both 'My Flights' and 'Network'
Could there be issues with the software, it did take over 24 hours to install / upgrade. Unfortunately I was not there at the time.

On the menu bar, try Tools - Interface - Show/Hide. If that doesnt' work, try Tools - Interface - Interface on Left, or Interface on Right. Probably easier to do this in 2D rather than 3D view as well.

Thanks for all the replies and understanding.
My father now has the network data coming in!
