I would like to try the new beta, I was just about to go back to 2007.  Everytime I use 2008 V1.5 off network it runs very slow, its not megga fast when on network but its better. so I would love the chance to test the new beta for you.

Many thanks

stuart

Maybe I could post a feature request here too. In alerts, it would have been fine to get the possibility to alert when a flight scheduled for "your" airport is detected on the network ? Example: I want to be alerted of all flights on it's way to ENKB. And maybe also a possibility to upload a xml file with the data from the alert to ftp server for easier processing.

And another one. To write the same info as from port 30003 to a file named after the date. Example: 31072008.csv in a location of your choice. I have made a program that does this by reading from the port and write to a file, but it would have been fine to have this possibility, as I need to have stable data 24h.

If I'am also allowed to add something to the wishlist :-) what about this feature:
Apart from alerting with a pop-up message, a sound, executing a file, sending an e-mail how would it be if we could also choose "start recording"?
Cheers,
Rene

New Features:- Auto Download flight origin/departure;
- Several new fields in Mylog tables (ADS-B, first/last position, altitude, ground speed);

I hope this will NOT mean that my route-database will be worthless like has been done by new releases before.

Thank you verry much if you count with me and many others who have bilt up their own route-data-base!

Database is changed into the new format by the software so there is no issue there.

Thank you verry much for your fast reaction but I do not understand this. You are talking about "the new format". Does this mean that the route database I buildup by my self will not compatible with version 1.6?

John,

Don't worry, another column is added to the routes table and in the new version if you have older table without this it is added. The column is date and time of the route added.

Hello Supportteam,

Thank you again for your fast reaction! Verry much appreciated. But to anticipate misunderstandings: where are we talking about. The new, so it looks beautifull report function in version 1.6, OR the now in version 1.5 by my self made route database.

In other words: what should I have to do to make sure that all the work I have done to make my self a route database during until now and will also work in the next version.

Didn't understand what you wrote but as mentioned any 1.5 database will work fine with 1.6.
