REQ:New D008 File

Hi,

Can anybody please assist me with a new D008 file.

Thought mine was up to date but a few VP- are returning a GB flag.

Looking at D008 data file - noticed that line 437, Montenegro is missing the first field.....

Based in Hexham - Tyne Valley 
Best view for RB is North of a line between EGNT and EGNC  - includes OTA and Spade, to EGPH above 7500ft.   Can be TRUE mobile with Mobile Broadband feed to Network.
