I figured out 2 things....First get a high quality USB cable. Most people know or have done this already.
Second, I wrapped the USB cable with a large ferrite bead, as well as the antenna cable going into the radar box with one.
This eliminated any unwanted interference going into the radarbox either from the USB cable or the antenna.
