0AC0F8 Colombian Hexcode Flt No. HK4682 FL250 around LHR area about 1250.

Never saw it, could not find it on Airframes either- any clues - might be interesting!
Located 2 miles South of LHR.

Visible on the network at the moment:

Mode S FAC688 (octal 76543210), callsign ATC1, location showing as Toulouse Airport, altitude 450', GS zero, heading (i.e. track) 360.

Obviously a miscode or possibly spurious - any ideas, anyone ?

Afternoon All

Just come in from a forced shopping expedition, and notices A7-MAA sat in todays "My Log"

It's the second (?) Qatar C17 (06A248) was at FL320 between 13:42 and 13:55 flight ID  LH0B240

Are these getting any more common sights these days? It's the first time I've seen any being picked up

Wasn't ADS-B by the way :-(

Regards

Rich

Hi Rich the Qatar C17 is the same one as earlier in the week. it is presently parked at Belfast Aldergrove it's location on the previous time also.

it seems it was and is again in to collect Ground Equipment for an A340 of the Qatar Royal Flight including steps etc, which are made in Dungannon by Mallaghan Engineering.  Local rumour suggests it may be back next Wednesday also.

That Qatari C-17 landed at KIAD on 2/26 and left the next day.  It was using the same ID.

Hi I saw this on the radarbox NAMC YS-11A-205 shown in Piedmont Airlines Colours reg N247P. I have it working Belfast City on 130.85 routing from West Freugh and to report coasting in Ballywalter. The pilot has a Southern accent. At this time i'm not sure of it's destination but working the Harbour I wondered if it might be Newtownards?

John

Edit no further afield i think next to report the Mournes.

I'm afraid it's a "Database special"  -  it's actually a cessna T182 (A24B45) based at Athboy County Meath

Disappointing, I know, the YS-11 was a great aeroplane, but it's almost 30 years since they last flew for Piedmont.  The airliners.net photos are from 1978/1979.

Even by AirNav standards, that's pretty out-of-date :-)
