Darren,

if you are using WIN10 you have to download and install signed windows drivers http://www.airnavsystems.com/Download/ANRB/Drivers/ANRB-Drivers-20161222.zip for the old RadarBox hardware.

- Unzip the content of the zip folder to something like C:\AirNav Systems\Drivers
- after that go to device manager and look up AirNav Systems RadarBox
- Use right mouse click and select driver update
- select manual update and point to the folder with the unzipped driver package
- additionally select Include subfolders
- click on continue to install the drivers

Once the drivers are successfully installed radabox should run again. WIN10 updates or WIN10 revision updates (1-2 per year) usually are not causing any further trouble with the RadarBox drivers.

If you have installed ANRB.exe to Program files location youm must be aware of the fact, that you won't be able to get a stable operatipn of ANRB.exe.

Darren

Some more information required here to allow us to help you such as the Windows version you are using which is presumably W10

Has it been working ok previously and when did it stop working

Windows updates had nothing to so with Airnav, that is a problem with Microsoft.  I would suggest that something in the windows update had done something to the USB drivers such as over writing them and if that it the case all you will require to do is to run the driver installation again.. You will get the working drivers here http://www.airnavsystems.com/Download/ANRB/Drivers/ANRB-Drivers-20161222.zip install them and everything will be OK

If the network flights are showing. It means your RadarBox is connected otherwise the network flights do not show if hardware is not connected.

Check your antenna connections as it looks like your box is not getting any signal.

Hi Darren

When you say that only online flights are showing do you mean Network Flights.  If so the box is working ok.  If you are not getting any local flights check that you have ticked Process Hardware Flights bottom left of the MyFlights screen

Did you check that the box bottom left of My flights screen is ticked, Process Hardware Fights.  Do you have a green light bottom left for Hardware connected.

Yes it’s ticked and Hardware connected is green & real time network is green, showing real time flights but not my flights, power light on receiver is on but no usb or signal lights flashing, unzipped files to airnav systems but still showing version 4.03 default.ml4

Shaggy I am confused.  In the opening message you said you were on V6.01.001 and in the last message you state V4.03? Can you advise what it is please.  Have you got whatever version installed to program files or the advised C:Airnav or the like

Also you also state you unzipped files to Airnav systems, which files

I since uninstalled v6.01.001 & reinstalled original disc which is v4.03 & tried unzipping the download update to that & it’s not worked, even when down load the upgrade 60002.exe it installs software for micro RadarBox not the 3D one I’ve got!, any chance I can phone you to talk through it while have system set up as then probably get to the fault better????

There is no 3D any longer as Google stopped supporting the plug in a couple of years ago.  The V6 software does the box as well as the micro.

Hi, my old laptop finally gave up the ghost and have spent most of Easter putting everything on to a new Windows 10 Acer. My sympathies to you shaggypara, if anyone can sort it out for you Alans your man. The amount of help given freely on the forum is amazing all with a sense of humour and restores my faith in human nature.
Cheers to all, of for a large Speyside and a ton of choc.

Guy's I've had a problem on my RB box plus anything usb since a win 10 update in late Feb early March, all usb sockets stopped working AFTER it got to windows login. So I got the green and blue on RB num lock on keyboard but everything stopped except the mouse??
So today I've had the task of deleting all usb drivers hosts etc and now got this Logitec keyboard wireless working. But still no RB or weather station.

Anyone else had issues since the update.

Siddy, did you re-install the RB drivers again

Alan

Hi Alan, I've just re-installed RB SW and deleted the drivers, swapped to the 2 usb board in the server re-installed the drivers which windows had picked anyway which is odd.
As soon as I delete the drivers the blue led starts flashing.
Odd that the update screwed so much up and only on the server, MSN have looged on a few weeks back and they can't fix it. Soon as Plex updates I'll re-boot again.

There is a history of updates causing USB problems and the first thing I would recommend for anyone having issues is to re-install any USB drivers

Alan you couldn't write this.
I've had the usb issue and MSN couldn't fix it, done all the normal stuff and just done about 10th re-boots and bingo it's flashing away like a good one.

WHILST waiting for the re-boot I opened my latest Computeractive and 1st pages tell you how to fix the issue. Told  you - couldn't write it lol.

Must be missing something, done the  /connect  but still comes up with the connect screen on start up. I`m running the box through a Silex  SX virtual link
as before and thought I had set it up the same, but it wont auto start / connect and disconnects as well.
Would asprin help or is whiskey better?
Dave.

Please help!
I'm a new user to AirNav and my Radar Box Flightstick Advanced was just delivered. I've installed the software and the drivers. Device Manager is saying that it is connected and the drivers are working but Radar Box won't connect to it. I've read most of the forums and none have helped. Heres somethings you should know:
- Windows 10 Laptop
- Most recent software and drivers
- nooelec 1090 MHz antenna
- Wi-Fi connection

I presume that you have the V6.00.03 software and it was the flightstick drivers you installed and not the Windows ones?

Is the stick showing a green light when connected to the USB port.  Did you do as the instructions state in taking the stick out of the port and then re-insert?

It should be plug and play and driver issues are usually the problem for no connection and I would suggest that you re-install them

Radarbox does not detect any devices, even though the device is plugged in, has lights, made my computer ping, and can be seen on the device manager.

When you installed the drivers it states Installing drivers and the cursor flashes off and on in the Command Window, did you leave the installer run until it clears itself from the screen
