(Cannot find a website for them but here is a photo of their aircraft showing the logo).

(ICAO previously used by Sloane Aviation possibly a different company !).

(Again, no website found just a photo).

MYO - My Indo Airlines - did you mean MYU - that's what CH.Aviation has, and MYO is used by Mayoral Executive Jet?
SLN - Sloane Helicopters
VMS - Crown Prince of Thailand
XTH - Xinjiang General Aviation

You are quite correct. It should be MYU for My Indo Airlines as you have done. It's the 'stubby little fingers' syndrome again !
