Hi all just joined site
bought radarbox 3d software
my problem is upgraded my account
with upgrade code one day ago and still
havent recieved username and password to ativate software
very dissapointed BANDIT.

Your account login and password stay the same anyway, it just a server side from our end to change you to 3D.

my sortware still hasnt been activated
sent emails to all the links even upgrade code
very dissapointed can some one help
this is going on with 3 days BANDIT.

Your upgrade code seems to be already in use. Please send support details on where you ordered from, we may need to contact them to confirm the order.
Please also reply via the support ticket, thats the proper method for support.

upgrade code in use is the one I did on saturday
but software still not activated surely ther is some one would resolve this for me spent 112.00 euros on a program that doesnt work BANDIT

of the day all I want to do is enjoy
software up and running
I did register software code saturday plus e-mail address
and still no joy is it a problem at website end
I cant under stand way software is not working
furthermore I never got return email to say product was registered

It should be activated now, the issue here was you entered the wrong serial on Saturday and didn't contact us via the support contact form untill this morning. As the code had already been activated under another serial we needed to confirm the 3D code was bought from that dealer, once that was done we activated your correct serial.

Can you please only keep this through the support ticket, there is no need to keep posting on the forum.
You will have to wait for a reply from there, as this is second time you have second a incorrect serial code and we will now need to investigate this fully.
