Hi, I`m awaiting the arrival of a RadarBox. Have been reading the manual in preparation .
Can someone confirm that the installation of the software is OK with Vista? I`ve had this new PC for 3 months, and have sometime had problems installing software using this Vista OS. Many thanks in advance, Stuart.

Best to install 1.5 which won't be on the CD as it was just released a week or two ago.

Then when you get RadarBox, point it towards the CD for the drivers.

Hi mate and welcome. I use Vista Home Premium on my Laptop which is a Dual Core Intel machine.
RB2008 v1.5 works fine in Vista, however some users are experiencing some minor problems of which AirNav Support are aware of.
Only troubles i have are that when recording data after a few hours i get the Not Responding error. So i have to close the RB2008 software and restart it.
I think this is a common problem at the moment.
Don't let it put you off. An excellent piece of kit with excellent support.
Enjoy.
Regards
Tony

We have fixed the recorder problem and few other issues. We just recorded about 1 gigs worth of data over the last few days. So an update to those issues will be out soon.

AirNav,
With the above comments about Vista - again, can I ask if you have a Vista machine in your test equipment and if so could some Vista specific instructions be formulated as it is different from loading to XP and you do need your wits about you when instlaling :-)
