Title: Problem with first installation.
Post by: ramimz on August 01, 2009, 07:29:03 PM
I install the software and the drivers step by step without any problem.
after that i restart my computer, and that is the only time i see the blue led flesh.
after the computer is up and runing, only the green led is lit.
no blue or white activity at all. :-(

i try it on 2 different computers, and the same result.
my o/s is windows XP SP3

any suggestion ?

Try a different USB lead.

- Are you using the lead that came with RadarBox?

- Are you using a USB hub or extension?

A different USB port is not a good idea, unless you install the driver again for the new port. See the video tutorials to make sure that the driver is installed correctly.

The way that Windows works is that if you plug a device into a different USB port, then you need to install the driver for that port.

I start all over again.
Remove the software and the drivers.
as i finish to uninstall the driver, the blue led start blinking :-O  very weird.

now i installed the software and the driver again, and the blue led stop blinking.

what do i need to do now ?  :-(
