Thats a miscode Keith 406FAF became G-TBMD which is now N4KA.

A query on 406FAF on the mode-s forum ellicited the follwing reply

Can't say for sure but it appears to the A109 G-DAYD with a swapped box.
This went into Blackpool on 3 May as SOLWAY03 and hasn't been seen
since.  406FAF started from there on 20 May as SQLWAY03
