A dedicated air band/scanner is the only way to listen to the air band freq,
putting in say low air band 115mhz say 140 mhz is useless, you need need the UHF band as well, then what about the ground crew at the airports you need from 50 mhz to 470 mhz so where do you stop. buy a good vhf/UHF scanner.
