-
Same here no Network Flights...Please Advise
-
Checked my firewall ARNB has permissions so it's not blocked....since the upgrade we seem to be loosing the network???
-
Looks like we`ve got a lot in common,my network has been going off intermittently since 20-00hrs,now has stopped completely.
-
Apologies about the network, it is being investigated.
-
Maybe we can have a header on the forum that says you have network problems...save all these posts...just a thought
-
All you need to is the active stations network page on our site and if its working you know the network is fine :)
We do not always monitor the forum.
-
Network back on,but receiving 12 aircraft?
-
Its still being rectified, you may see some weird data for the moment.
-
Thank you very much for yous quick response

The Network is up and running again.
We have properly identified a network software problem that caused 2x 30 mins shortages in the last week. We are now developing a correction to it.

15:30 uk time ...no network for me ..guess it's down.
From the main screen menu is it TOOLS > ACTIVE NETWORK LOCATIONS to check if the network is down .... I see nothing showing on the map at the moment but just wanted to check I was in the correct place
Cheers

Yes, looks like the network is down. If there's nothing on the Active Network Locations map, then yes, the network is down.
Or just goto http://www.airnavsystems.com/radarbox/network.php

Yes. This is becoming a pain in the backside, and seems to be occurring more often. I've been trying to watch a flight on which relatives are travelling, but been forced to give up.
What with this, and the continuing sluggishness of this programme, I'm beginning to wonder why I bothered...
In an earlier post, Airnav mentioned it didn't constantly monitor the forum - did they mean the servers? Either way, maybe they should.

Cheers for the speedy reply tarbat,
network has just this second come back up and I can now see how the map looks when all is up and running.

Deadcalm: the network was down for 30 minutes 2 times in the last 10 days.
In 1 year it was down not more than 2 hours. So maybe you would like to check your internet connection as if it happens so often there then it should be related to your configuration/installation.

I'm pretty sure they monitor the servers. On the odd occasion that the network has gone down, they seem to get it back up and running very quickly. Seems to be a very reliable service to me.

Network gone a bit "wobbly" again....
I notice it seems to be trying to update every 3 seconds instead of every 30
couldn't have lost a zero off some default settings could we ?

We are working on the network for the next 10 minutes.
-
Our servers are of course monitored 24/7 by an external company and if the output is not as desired all the members of our team get alerts immediately. That's why since 2001 (when we launched the AirNav Live Flight Tracker application) the servers were down less than 4 times. The same happens with the RadarBox network.
-
Tests finished. New server application working now and everything being monitored as usual 24/7.
