This is a file available on another site that lists the UK & Ireland waypoints and radio frequencies, how would I install them into the RadarBox Files please?

RadarBox already has a comprehensive waypoint database, although it's not possible to edit it at the moment.
Radio frequencies are an entirely different prospect. Airport radio frequencies are reasonably straightforward, as these cover a set geographical area and they are easy to find by a Google search.
The Area Radar en-route frequencies are a much more difficult prospect, as although in theory they cover set areas, in practice they can cover any area depending on traffic loading. Late at night, you might only have 2 or 3 frequencies covering the whole of southern UK. At peak periods, there will be loads of frequencies, each covering much smaller areas. You just have to start listening to one, and then pick up the other frequencies as they are passed by ATC and then you have to work out what areas they cover.
As for installing radio frequencies in RadarBox, I'm not sure what you mean. For the above reasons, it's not possible or practical to show them as part of the RadarBox map.

Yes a very good idea. There are major plans to change the London Area routings for aircraft to/from Heathrow, London City, Stansted and Luton over the Hertfordshire/Essex area and that will entail changes to a lot of reporting points (waypoints) and the creation of new ones.......
