I just saw FDX36 flying south over London towards France. Its destination was Stansted. It was at 8000ft so no idea what it was doing there?

FDX36 flies Indianapolis-Stansted-Paris CDG.  You probably saw it outbound from Stansted.

airframes.org has it as a Hawker 900XP - the only photo that airliners.net has for this registration is the B707, so I guess that the registration has been reissued.

Your query for aircraft registration ZS-SAH.
Registration   Manuf.    Model   Type   c/n   i/t    Selcal   ICAO24   Reg / Opr   built    test reg   delivery   prev.reg    until   next reg   status
ZS-SAH   Hawker Beechcraft Corp    Hawker 900XP   H25B   HA-0026   L2J      00AFA0   Islandsite Investments   2007      2008-01-10   N32926         active   edit

Thanks Allocator. I knew I was being optimistic, I was wearing my rose tinted sunglasses hoping that it hadn't been scrapped and was about to fly overhead LHR area.

Note to self.  Be realistic when a 707 pops up....
Located 2 miles South of LHR.
