Good morning Alan, yesterday I input several aircraft into D/B explorer. I have just checked them and none of them show at all even when I do an update via the server they still do not show up, what am I doing wrong Alan? I can send you a list of the aircraft that I put in.

All in the d/b Ian some for quite a while.  How many records in your aircraft table, doing the update all records option should give around 247,000

I have a total of 234,527 so it appears to be a lot missing. Should I do a full D/B update ignoring any thing that I have put in..

I have done that Alan and it shows D/B size 71177 which is what I had before so It does not appear that I am getting the current D/B info.
My D/B is showing the following info. Ac type 2569
Ac table 234518
A/Lines 5580
A/Ports 18485
Routes 322007

Mines is 92630 Ian.  I would suggest that you have more than one instance of Radarbox on your computer and it is going to the other one.  Easy way to find it is to use Windows search and swap them round about.
