The ALL LOGOS Zip arrives

Regular readers will be aware that Ian, Terry and I have been doing a big operation to remove old and outdated logos, not only the ones posted here on the forum over the last 10-odd years, but also the ones included with the RadarBox software. We've done as much as we can reasonably do, and there are still many logos that probably can be removed, but we don't know - many European light club aircraft and gliders, for example, are difficult to check.

Anyway, the result is that we now have an "All Logos" zip on my downloads page. You can download it and remove ALL logos from your current Logos folder., and replace them with the logos extracted from the zip, thus clearing out the deceased logos that you currently have. Before you delete your current logos, do make sure you have made copies of any logos that you have created  or copied yourself, and any 'Alternatives' that you may have used.

The current All Logos file is dated today, 2018-8-2, and contains all the very latest logos, including the two in the post above this one, and all the ones in the New Logos zip attached to this post, which includes the logos posted since the last zip in reply #7857 on the 23rd July.

In future, I will still be doing updates to the New Logos, and putting a cumulative New Logos zip on my downloads page, with the accumulation starting from today. I will also update the All Logos file with the additions and deletions.

I hope this makes sense - do post here or PM me if you have any questions.

Afternoon Rod,

Carefully checking through the current FAA list and so far these are the ICAO's/logos that require to be added. Only companies with websites are included :

ADV - Advanced Flight Training (UK)                https://www.advancedflighttraining.co.uk/
ADL - Aerodynamics Ltd (UK)                            http://www.adl.aero/
ARK - Aerolink (Spain)                                        http://aerolink.es/en/
ASZ - Ascension Air (USA)                                  https://www.ascensionair.net/

BJV - Beijing VistaJet (China)                              https://www.vistajet.com/
BYF - San Carlos Flight School (USA)               https://sancarlosflight.com/

There are no additions to 'C' and 'D'. No doubt more to follow.

Thanks,

Ian

BJV - Beijing VistaJet
BYF - San Carlos Flight School

And an extra one:
AMO - Angel Martinez Ridao (Saeta) - Spanish firebomber operator

By the way, I really appreciate the links to websites - they make my life a lot easier, but If you can't find one, please let me know anyway, as I may be able to find logos from other sources such as aircraft photos or other websites - that's how I found the AMO logo. I've been known to scan logos from print magazines, too!

Cheers Rod, but you maybe shouldn't have mentioned that as I have a large number which cannot be traced as they do not have official websites. Having said that, I am a bit bogged down with the current task therefore it could be some time before that is sorted out if at all).

On the current task, there are no additions for 'E' and 'F'.

While I'm here, Bell Helicopter has become just Bell, and has changed its code to TXH (callsign Textron) from TXB, which is now Taxis Aéreos Caborca S.A. de C.V. (Mexico)

TXB - Taxis Aéreos Caborca (TAC)
TXH - Bell

Afternoon Ian:

NLA - PenAir
NLU - InselAir Aruba - we have this already, here it is again
OBC - Olympic Broadcasting Services - still seems to be slightly alive, possibly
OKS - Slok Air - we had an older version of this - does look even less alive than OBC. A Gambian airline's website in Vietnamese?
