Just picked this one up :-)

Are you near STANTA? One flew over my house towards STANTA this morning. I understand there is an exercise on at the moment.

I'M UP ON THE north east coast  near Sunderland, we get the VC10's but not showing callsigns, and the squawk code is different too. Could be for the ex though.

No, I'm in NW London at the moment, near Uxbridge.

Just picked up a RAF VC10 squawking 1321, callsign 8GG60, code comes back as NATO air policing(air defence priority flights) any ideas what that lot means?

I believe a VC10 is maintiained on alert at BZN, at I think 30 mins notice to launch, to support Tornados and Eurofighters on Quick Reaction Alert flights that intercept unidentified aircraft.  This may be one of those.

Just had a brief hit in the north London area with Mode S 738A4A indicating Israel Mil.

Nothing on GAS or airframes.org, so no idea what this was
