Norwegian's freshly announced rebranding has led to two replacements and the decision to remove some old Norwegian codes that are no longer used.

Replacements:

NSZ - Norwegian Air Shuttle
NOZ - Norwegian Air Sweden

and we can delete NAX, NAA, NAN, NLH and IBK which are no longer used for one reason or another.

Separately we can also delete:

DAT - Lynx Air (Canada) which has ceased operations.
