Hi,
Just got a replacement laptop (before old one gives up) and am downloading the ANRB50072 from support page (cd gone awol)
Will the box just work without me doing anything more?

What version of Windows is on the laptop? I would imagine that you will have Windows 8, if so you will need the Windows 8 drivers off the support page and install them as well.
You will also need your ID and password to sign on before you can start up.

thanks alan - how can i get password reset ? i have my username ok but not idea what the password would be

Contact support at [email protected] with your request giving your box PGNRB number which should be on the label on the back of the box.
