Title: Help pls - Flights not showing on my map anymore

I'm having problems with flights not showing on the map.  The hardware is working fine (tested it with a friend's laptop), so must be something wrong with my PC/environment.  Also,  registrations are not showing in the interface panel, but there are lots of aircraft showing.

can anybody make any suggestions as to what the issue might be?  I have upgraded to RB 2009.  It always worked ok before doing the upgrade.

John,

When you say that you upgraded to RB 2009, did you download the upgrade file or the full RB 2009 install file?

Also, what operating system are you using?

Windows XP.

I downloaded the upgrade file.

OK,

I suggest that you uninstall RB2009 using the uninstall option in the Start > Programs > AirNav Systems > AirNav RadarBox 2009 menu.  Download the full install version of RB 2009 from the AirNav Support page, and do a new install with this.

There have been issues before with the upgrade rather than the install version.

Maybe Airnav should remove the "upgrade" download.  It seems to cause more problems than it's worth.
